EMDR: Eyes Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, using eye movement to access the pathways between memories and the processing parts of the brain, allowing the brain to evaluate the memory and take what it needs to learn from that memory to a state of resolution and good mental health.
EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique removes negative emotions from memories in your head that influence your state of well being from moment to moment. Allowing freedom of mind from subconscious issues which you may be totally unaware of and carried as excess baggage.
